We are a local, owner-run cafe, not a call center. Your order is made at our Georgetown kitchen on W University Ave and driven to your office inside your delivery window, 7am to 5pm daily.

Breakfast Meetings
What should we order for a breakfast meeting?
For most breakfast meetings, order one hot platter per 10 people and one gallon of coffee per 12 cups. The Breakfast Sandwich Platter is our most ordered item at $80.00 for 10, and the Breakfast Taco Platter feeds 10 for $40.00, which works out to $4 per person.
Every platter item is a hand-held single serving: sandwiches, tacos, and burritos people can grab on the way to their seat, with no serving line and no cleanup beyond the tray. Vegetarian versions of every platter cost exactly the same. Add Gallon Coffee, $40.00 and ready to pour, roasted by an actual coffee company.

What does a catered working lunch look like?
Two formats. Individually packaged boxed lunches run $13 to $15 per person, and family-style sandwich platters run $5 to $10 per person. Boxed is the meeting default: each person gets a complete meal with a sandwich or wrap plus chips, so mixed preferences stay simple, nothing needs utensils, and leftovers walk back to desks instead of dying in the break room.

Can we set up a weekly standing order?
Yes, and it is the setup we recommend for offices. Pick a day, pick a delivery window, and breakfast or lunch simply shows up: taco Tuesdays, Friday breakfast sandwiches, or a rotating menu we plan with you. Teams at Apple, Dell, and Perry Homes already order with us, and a standing order means zero weekly planning for whoever normally gets stuck organizing food.
You do not need to plan a quarter ahead, either. ezCater shows live delivery windows, so same-week ordering is normal, and order changes are accepted up to 6 business hours before your event, so your headcount can flex late.
